• All VIP upgrades need to assemble at the entrance 60 minutes before the doors open to the actual show.
• You will be met by our VIP manager, who will request the name of the person who PURCHASED the VIP Upgrade.
• If you buy 2 VIP Upgrade, both VIP Upgrade will be registered under your name.
• You will be allowed entry into the venue 45 minutes before the doors open. Please also be ready to present your show ticket at that time. Additionally, a security check may be conducted by guards depending on the venue's restrictions.
• To ensure you receive accurate information regarding timings, you will be provided with these details latest 12 hours before the event. Sometimes our messages may end up in your spam folder, so please check there. If you do not receive any email, contact us.
• Ensure you provide the correct NAME, EMAIL, and PHONE NUMBER when purchasing, so we can send out information about timings. VERY IMPORTANT - People seem to forget this.
• All VIP items will be provided on the day of the event, the items will NOT be shipped to out to you.
