If the time has passed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us using the form below and include your order number (4-digits) so we can quickly find out what has happened to your order.
If you do not have your order number, provide as much information as you can about your order, including your name, delivery address, phone number, and the products you purchased.
I CAN’T TRACK MY ORDER?
Maybe because your shipping dosen't include tracking?
We offer two different shipping alternatives:
- "First Class Parcel" does not offer tracking beyond Sweden; you can track it until it leaves Sweden.
- "Recommended Shipping" offers worldwide tracking and is a faster alternative.
WILL THIS PRODUCT BE RESTOCKED AGAIN?
If you are interested in a product that is currently out of stock, such as a specific size or item: If we have restocking information, it will be provided on the product's page.
If the product page does not have this information, it means the product will not be restocked. This indicates that it was a limited item and is not available for purchase again.
