This VIP Upgrade is only an upgrade, does not include a ticket for the show. The show ticket must be purchased separately through the venue or ticket distributor.

IMPORTANT INFO
Read this info before making any purchase!!!!!!
• The VIP Upgrade does not include admission to the show. You must buy the show ticket separately from the venue or ticket distributor.
• VIP Upgrade Information will be sent to you 24 hours before the event. Sometimes our messages may end up in your spam folder, so please check there. If you do not receive any email, contact us.
• Please ensure you provide the correct NAME and EMAIL when making your purchase - THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT! 1 in 10 people miss this!!
• The VIP Upgrade will likely take place between 60-90 minutes before the event doors open. Please make sure you are available during this time.
• All VIP items will be provided on the day of the event, the items will NOT be shipped to out to you.
• You will be met by our VIP manager, who will request the name of the person who PURCHASED the VIP Upgrade.
• You need to purchase 1 VIP Ticket per person. If there are 2 of you, you need to buy 2 VIP Tickets.
• If you have purchased 2 VIP Upgrades under your name, then 2 people will be able to enter under your name as well. You don't need to do two separate purchase for each person.

How Does the VIP Upgrade Work?

The VIP Upgrade experience lasts around 60 minutes, depending on the venue’s schedule. It typically takes place 60–75 minutes before doors open, but in some cases, it may be scheduled earlier (up to 90 minutes before).

You’ll receive an email with all the details, including your exact check-in time and meeting point at the venue entrance.

At the designated time, our VIP Manager will meet you at the entrance and guide you inside. Venue staff may perform a security check, so please review the event rules in advance regarding bag sizes and prohibited items — the same rules apply to the VIP Upgrade. After security, your event tickets will be scanned.

The VIP Manager will then check your name and hand you your VIP items. Once everyone has received theirs, you’ll be escorted to meet the band. You’ll have the chance to greet the members and take a photo if you wish.

When the session ends, the band will need to leave. In most cases, you’ll be allowed to remain inside until doors open for the event — however, this cannot be guaranteed.
